– The item must be in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Items must reach ChinPum protected and in a packaging other that the product´s one. For example, in a cardboard box.

– Shipping costs for the return shall be paid by the client, unless the product is defective or it was ChinPum´s mistake.

– Once we receive the item and ensure that it is correct, we will refund the amount through the same system you used to pay.

– If you received a damaged product you will be fully refunded or the product will be exchanged by a similar one it if we have it in stock.

– The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

– You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
